How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard Shipping takes an estimated 5–8 business days and Expedited Shipping takes an estimated 3–5 business days. We ship within the United States only. You will receive a tracking number by email after shipment. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 within the United States. Other shipping charges are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send your tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number to track your package in real time.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return at help@cleverwiz.com. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. Get approval before returning an item. Sale items and gift cards are excluded; see our Return and Refund Policy for all conditions and exceptions. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we do not charge return shipping for defects, damage, or errors on our part. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. For an exchange, return the original item and place a separate order once the return is accepted.
