Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $35 within the United States. Other shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned; see our Return and Refund Policy for all conditions and exceptions.
How do I start a return?
Email help@cleverwiz.com with your order number and return request. Once approved, we will email you the return address and instructions. Do not send items back before approval.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge return shipping for defects, damage, or errors on our part.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need additional time. Contact help@cleverwiz.com if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
