The orange Börner V1 ClassicLine Basic Set is a manual mandoline for slicing suitable fruits and vegetables. Its stainless steel V-blade and interchangeable inserts provide thin, medium and thick slice settings.

Always use the food holder and keep fingers away from the exposed V-blade. Work on a stable surface, stop before an ingredient becomes too small to hold securely and keep the slicer out of reach of children. Hand wash carefully under running water without touching the blade, then dry completely before storage.

This set is intended for slicing. Cut style and thickness depend on the insert and setting selected.
