How long does shipping take?

What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return at help@cleverwiz.com. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we do not charge return shipping for defects, damage, or errors on our part. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days.
